Design studio Buck opens new game development studio Buck Games

Design company Buck has launched its game development studio called Buck Games.
Buck also launched The Electric State: Kid Cosmo, a mobile game prequel to Netflix’s The Electric State, directed by the Russo Brothers which is available on iOS and Android for Netflix subscribers.
With the launch of Buck Games, the design company is focused on creating artful, tightly focused games that “spark curiosity" and embody the studio’s flair and “impeccable vibes.”
Founded in 2004, Buck boasts over 20 years of experience in award-winning animation and design, working with major brands and creating content for games like VALORANT, League of Legends, and Genshin Impact.
An ambitious strategy
“Developing a game connected to a larger world was a new challenge, and demanded adaptability and ingenuity from our team,” said Buck Games creative director Michael Highland.
“We set out with an ambitious, unconventional vision, and our partners pushed us to make it the best version possible.”
Buck Games production director Marla Anyomi commented: "The Electric State: Kid Cosmo and Let’s! Revolution! are such different but equally special games."
“We aren't looking to settle into one genre or style of game. Our strength is in the range of what Buck artists, animators, and designers are capable of when working with the team of seasoned developers at Buck Games.”
