DevCon 5, the conference for HTML5 and mobile app developers, returns to Santa Clara, California and will run from 25-26 April.

The event will feature three conference tracks; gaming and mobile, user interface, and animation.

To enlighten visitors on these topics, DevCon 5 has invited a range of speakers, including Adobe computer scientist Andrew Lunny, Google Chrome software engineers Kenneth Russel and Zhenyao Mo, and Qualcomm's director of product management and web technologies Sy Choudhury.

Imram Malek, MocoSpace's chief of gaming will also be on hand, talking on the subject of 'OS War Games'.

Lessons learnt

A keynote from LinkedIn's director of engineering mobile Kiran Prasad will discuss the HTML5 lessons to be learned from LinkedIn on mobile, while community sessions cover a range of topics, from the anatomy of an app, to the future of mobile computing.
