Develop Brighton puts out call for speakers for July conference

Making its customary return to the south coast this July, organisers behind 2012's Develop Brighton conference have opened the gates for speaker submissions.
The conference which is now in its seventh year plays host to more than 100 sessions with around 1,500 developers in attendance.
Three for one
Evolve Develop's sister conference focusing on innovation in games development will begin proceedings on Tuesday 10 July, with Develop itself running on the Wednesday and Thursday.
The final day will also play host to the Indie Dev Day, with talks designed to focus on issues relevant to independent development and an Indie Showcase featuring yet to be published games for attendee's perusal.
"The Develop Conference is all about real developers tackling the issues, tools, tricks and techniques of game development, so we really want to offer developers a chance to come and talk about what's important to them today," said Tandom Events MD Andy Lane.
"Each year we receive more and more submissions for talks and we're expecting a good response again this year as theres lots of hot topics for 2012 like game bundling; IPTV; iPad and Android game dev; funding models and winning over VCs and of course next gen consoles."
Those looking to host conference sessions can apply to do so via an online form on the Develop website, with organisers setting a deadline of 30 March.
