EA Mobile extends exclusive distribution deal with Nazara to Middle East

Further to its distribution deal signed in 2010 for India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, EA has extended its relationship with Nazara.
The exclusive relationship will see the publisher exclusively bringing EA games such as Need For Speed and FIFA to over 180 million Android and Java phones in the Middle East.
It will work with carriers such as Saudi Telecom Company, Etihad Etisalat and Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company, as well as third party channels and aggregators.
Happy days
"We've already experienced success working with Nazara in India and look forward to growing the mobile game business in the Middle East," said Catalina Lou, EA's senior sales and marketing director in the region.
"We know there is a demand for high quality games in this region and are excited to bring them our catalogue of consumer favourite brands."
"Nazara has seen significant success with its exclusive relationship with EA in India and we are delighted to expand to the Middle East," said CEO Nitish Mittersain.
