EA, Sega and Namco cut App Store prices, but not too far

It doesn't seem to be overtly related to Halloween - thematically at least - but publishers EA, Sega and Namco Networks have all decided now is the time to have an App Store sale.

Sega has Shining Force. Ecco the Dolphin and Streets of Rage down to 99c from $2.99, while Sonic 4 is down from $9.99 to $6.99, and Football Manager 2010 is now $2.99, from $4.99.

EA has Rock Band and Need for Speed Shift at $4.99 from $6.99, while The Sims 3 is now 99c, and The Sims 3 Ambitions at $2.99 from $4.99.

Namco has Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man at 99c (from $4.99), I Love Katamari at $2.99 (from $4.99), and More Brain Exercise at $1.99 (from $4.99).

What's perhaps most interesting about these promotions however is that the publishers have maintained the prices of their premium titles, only pushing long tail games down to the minimum 99c.
