Lisboa Games Week 2026 returns to FIL – Feira Internacional de Lisboa from 19 to 22 November 2026, transforming Lisbon into the epicentre of gaming, esports, and pop‑culture entertainment. As Portugal’s largest videogame event, LGW brings together fans, creators, studios, publishers, educators, and industry professionals for four days of interactive experiences, showcases, and community celebration.

The 2026 edition features an expansive programme across gaming, esports, sim racing, VR/AR, cosplay, board games, and live entertainment. Visitors can explore the Main Stage, Pitch Area, and dedicated zones for industry development, careers, education, and AI innovation—supported by more than 30 themed areas and 40 speakers delivering talks, workshops, and live sessions.

A major highlight is the event’s strong educational focus. LGW hosts the largest gathering of academic institutions in its history, showcasing courses and projects in game development, digital art, programming, animation, sound, VR, and AI. Over the years, the event has welcomed more than 80,000 students from Portugal and Spain, making it a key platform for talent discovery and career exploration.

Alongside its educational mission, Lisboa Games Week offers hundreds of interactive experiences for all ages. Retro Gaming returns with classic arcades, pinball machines, and vintage consoles, while modern zones feature simulators, esports tournaments, multiplayer arenas, and hands‑on demos of new releases, platforms, and technologies.

With its blend of entertainment, industry development, and community engagement, LGW 2026 continues to strengthen its role as Portugal’s flagship gaming festival—uniting players, creators, and professionals in a vibrant, immersive celebration of videogame culture.
