London Games Festival 2027 runs 12–19 April and brings a bigger, more accessible celebration of games, creativity and industry innovation to the UK capital. In 2027, the festival expands its core programming with a new central hub at the Business Design Centre in Islington, hosting New Game Plus, the Games Finance Market, conferences, meetings and networking from 15–17 April. Alongside this, visitors can explore curated playable showcases, international creators, and the festival’s Official Selection promoted both in‑person and online.
Activity continues across London with Screen Play at BFI Southbank, a renewed Friday Late at the V&A, the Ensemble exhibition, community‑led events, and the BAFTA Games Awards at Queen Elizabeth Hall. Supported by the Mayor of London and the UK Government, the festival is a major driver of UK games industry growth, attracting tens of thousands of attendees each year—including more than 8,000 B2B delegates in 2026—and generating an estimated £30m business pipeline.
