Set to serve as TeePee's new content manager, Duncan formally took on the role of video deployment administrator at Player X.
More recently, he worked at Zed Worldwide as a portal technician.
"TeePee Games is a really exciting games discovery platform and with some incredible games signed up I'm sure itll take 2011 by storm," Duncan said of the move.

Duncan isn't the first former Player X employee to join TeePee.
In November, the firm revealed Lauren Omond who worked as UK marketing manager for the company would be joining to serve as project manager.
In the same month, TeePee also picked up Darren Newnham who, amongst others, held positions at both Sega Europe and O2 as head of content.
"James is a great addition to the team as he brings with him an extensive level of technical expertise and experience across a range of digital media platforms," said Pearce of Duncan's appointment.
"TeePee Games is going from strength to strength as we fill out essential staff with ideal candidates alongside continual growth in the number of developers and publishers we have signed up."
