Gameloft announces Asphalt, N.O.V.A. and Uno for Panasonic HDTVs

Leaving no emerging technology platform unsupported, French mobile publisher Gameloft is branching out into internet-enabled TVs.

At CES 2011, it announced Asphalt 5, N.O.V.A. and UNO will be accessible on Panasonic's 2011 line of VIERA internet-enabled HDTVs

The games will be available via the VIERA Connect Marketplace, with the launch timing to be revealed at a later date.

"Our partnership with Panasonic exemplifies how two forward thinking companies can meld the future of videogaming with the future of connected television," said Michel Guillemot, chairman and president of Gameloft.

Last year, the company also said it would be supporting set top boxes for the first time.
