GREE, PopCap, The9 and Com2uS bound for Casual Connect Asia 2012

Organisers behind Casual Connect have announced the conference is set to make a splash in Asia, with a three day event scheduled to hit Singapore from 22 to 24 May.
Confirmed speakers include PopCap's James Gwertzman - who'll be discussing the firm's experiences in the Chinese casual games market - and The9's Chris Shen, who'll be arguing China represents the next mobile gaming frontier.
Local and global
It's not all about Asian territories, though. It's been confirmed other speakers will discuss less region-specific industry happenings.
For example, Com2uS USA general manager Don Lim will look at the ongoing transition from premium to freemium, while GREE's Noritaka Kobayashi will talk about his company's global mobile social platform.
Registration for Casual Connect Asia is open now, and earlybird tickets are available for $250 until 14 May.
