Ad-funded mobile games firm Greystripe has released some statistics on the effectiveness of its recent advertising campaign for US retailer Radioshack.

The campaign took place in February this year (so not that recent), with ads placed across Greystripe's mobile network and syndicated partner sites.

And the results? Greystripe says the campaign grew unaided brand awareness levels from 15.8 per cent to 24.2 per cent an 8.4 per cent increase.

Meanwhile, 5.9 per cent more users agreed that Radioshack is a "top wireless store" after seeing the ads. Which is nice.

Greystripe also says the campaign resonated well with female users, and amongst 25-34 year-olds, among whom unaided brand awareness grew by 10.9 per cent.
