Hexolabs launches interactive YouTube game

Indian firm Hexolabs may be best known for its mobile games, but the company has just diversified into YouTube gaming.
Yes, there is such a thing. Well, if not, Hexolabs just invented it with a title called A Car's Life.
It uses YouTube's annotation feature to serve up a simple game where you have to save a line-drawn car from destruction - it reminds us of popular Flash game Line Rider.
Each level is a separate YouTube video, and when the annotation pops up, you have to click it quickly to 'save' the car, and spawn a new window with the next level.
It's a neat idea, even if all those windows (there are nine in all) can get a bit annoying. Where the idea goes from here is anyone's guess - perhaps a branded advergame?
