Homa co-founder opens new AI-first studio Everyday

Homa co-founder and former CRO Olivier Le Bas has opened a new “AI-first entertainment company” called Everyday.
The studio aims to “rethink how we build mobile game experiences and create products people come back to, every day”.
Le Bas said the new company will have a strong base in Paris and is currently hiring across Europe for a team of AI and mobile consumer experts.
“Specifically for entertainment, [AI] will reduce the cost. It will increase the speed, increase the quality of the way we create content,” said Le Bas when discussing his new company and AI in an interview with Google.
“Now in gaming and especially in mobile gaming, we see that there is already this year many new technologies that are already on the trajectory to be mature enough to be used for any studio in the world.
“Whether it would be on the customer support side, whether it would be on the ad creative side or on the creation of assets."
He added: “Building this new company, Everyday, one of the main arguments for people to join such an early company is this argument of embracing this new disruption together rather than looking at it from a bigger corporation where sometimes you don’t have necessarily the accessibility of old tools and you won’t move as fast as you will move in a small one.”
New startup
Le Bas left Homa earlier this year after eight years at the hypercasual / hybridcasual publisher. At the time, the executive said he wanted to “building from the ground up” with a new company.
Despite forming Everyday, Le Bas continues to be a key shareholder in Homa and is still listed as an advisor.
“From a small and sharp team to 250+ employees, 100+ games launched, and over two billion installs, Homa has grown into one of the global leaders in the mobile gaming industry,” said Le Bas at the time of his departure from Homa.
“This journey has been the toughest, most fulfilling, and proudest milestone of my professional life.”
He added: “I’ve decided to step away from daily operations to return to what I do best and what fuels me the most, building from the ground up, while leaving Homa in the hands of an exceptional team with the vision, talent, and execution power to take it beyond anything we’ve achieved before.”
