Hudson Soft signs up Aurora Feint 3 stars for augmented reality release

Billed as a move that cements the two parties' relationship, Hudson Soft has announced its latest iPhone release AR Monster is set to draw upon characters lifted from Aurora Feint's Aurora Feint 3.
Part RPG, part augmented reality, AR Monster, which hit the App Store today, plants more than 600 monsters into the real world via the iPhone's camera 600 monsters that, through a forthcoming update, will soon include those from Aurora Feint's release.
"Hudson Soft is a great partner and we're honoured that they'll be incorporating monsters from our Aurora Feint 3 title in an upcoming release of AR Monster, said Aurora Feint CEO and founder Jason Citron.
Open to OpenFeint
The title will also incorporate Aurora Feint's OpenFeint platform, offering global leaderboards and achievements.
"Hudson Soft is an innovative game developer and doesnt disappoint in this title - incorporating augmented reality technology and GPS-altered game play," Citron continued.
"We're proud that theyre also partnering with us to integrate OpenFeint to help make a great online gaming experience."
Hudson and Aurora Feint already have a close relationship, with the former having signed up five of its titles for OpenFeint's Free Game of the Day set-up last month.
