iBetaTest aims to match iPhone devs with testers

Looking to test your iPhone game before releasing it onto the App Store? Many developers are using their informal networks of friends, colleagues and existing players.
However, a new service called iBetaTest is aiming to provide a more formal solution, by matching developers' applications with mustard-keen beta-testers. Or, as the blurb puts it:
It seems relatively straightforward: developers publish their app to the iBetaTest website, and then wait for testers to apply.
They then approve as many as they want, and use the integrated reports module to gather bug reports, feature requests and other feedback. Finally, developers give their testers rewards, and then rate the testers - with these ratings being visible to other developers in future.
Here's a screenshot:

Nifty, eh? If it helps more developers to do decent QA before their games get App Store releases (rather than after, as is often the case), it can only be a good thing. Details of iBetaTest's business model - if one exists - remain unclear.
