Before joining AppLift, Stephan worked for 3.5 years at KPMG for the Transaction Services and Restructuring department. He was in charge of a wide range of international M&A projects especially in the renewable energy and consumer goods sector as well as the online industry.

Stephan studied at the University of Muenster and the University of Sydney, Australia. He holds an MSc in Business Administration with a focus on controlling and financial management.
