Mobile games company Javaground has been enjoying considerable success with its Xpress Suite range of mobile software, but has apparently run aground with an unpaid debt.
According to Cabana Mobile, an email has been sent to Javaground's partners in an attempt to sell off assets to the value of $2 million - a debt requiring payment to a creditor in the next ten days.
This fire sale includes intellectual properties, assets and a seven-member technical team that the company hopes will raise the cash quickly, which it pulled no punches in detailing frankly to its prospective customers.
Should Javaground fail to settle its bill in the next ten days, the whole company will reportedly default to the creditor.
