Keywords’ Liquid Violet expands London studio with new recording and mixing suites

Keywords Studios subsidiary Liquid Violet has expanded its central London office with two new recording and mixing suites.
The studio provides audio services for video games, film, animation and audio dramas, supporting character development across various media.
Based in Covent Garden, Liquid Violet said its new office will support services like multi-actor facial capture, motion capture and large ensemble recording to meet client demands in central London. The expansion has doubled its studio capacity.
Liquid Violet will now offer end-to-end audio services, including music and sound design, through a partnership with fellow Keywords subsidiary Laced.
Steady growth
Founded in 2011 and acquired by Keywords Studios in 2014, Liquid Violet is part of a network of over 70 international studios supporting all areas of the games industry.
Since building its London studios in 2018, the company has expanded its services to include casting, localisation, post-production, UK dubbing, and original voice production for animated series and films.
“It's all part of our mission to craft exceptional voice performances and deliver clean, transparent audio with a broad dynamic range - for games animation, film, and beyond," the studio wrote in a LinkedIn post.
Liquid Violet has worked on projects such as Arcane, Still Wakes the Deep, Elden Ring, Firebreak, Diablo IV, Lies of P, and Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and 3.
