Forecasting platform Kohort has completed its fundraising round with an undisclosed fee.
Kohort said it will use the capital to support its platform development and expansion beyond mobile and delve into new verticals.
By leveraging machine learning, the platform predicts future revenue and user growth for online services, aiding decision-making for management, marketers, and investors.
The round was led by The Raine Group, with participation from existing investors Eurazeo, AlbionVC, and Triple Point Ventures, as well as new investors Velocity Capital and Portfolio Ventures.
Scaling globally
As part of the deal, Kohort has formed a commercial partnership with Raine, enabling Raine to utilise its software for advisory purposes with clients and portfolio companies, particularly in user acquisition-driven sectors such as mobile gaming.
“We are thrilled to receive strong support from both new and existing investors that believe in our vision and will help position us to be the leading predictive analytics partner for game developers and investment firms,” said Kohort CEO Dan Marcus.
“This new strategic partnership with Raine enables us to tap into their deep network of gaming and technology clients, further expanding our presence on a global scale.
“We look forward to working with the team as we further expand our business and enter this new chapter of growth.”
