Mobile marketing specialist Chilibite turns games publisher

Having begun life as sales, marketing PR specialist working with the likes of Polarbit, Spanish outift Chilibite has announced it's moving into games publishing.

The mobile-focused outfit will publish titles to both iOS and Android, delivering what it describes as "high quality, graphically rich, pick-up-and-play games with a fun and friendly tone."

No stunt

Based in Madrid, Chilibite Games will bring its first two titles Stunt Bunnies Circus by playerthree (see below) and The Mordis by Codigames to Apple and Google's platforms this June.

"We're very excited about the launch of our new business and bringing our first two titles to gamers all over the world," said co-founder Nea Bautista Wiberg.

"We strongly believe that our special way of working with developers and distribution partners will lead to a long-term, fruitful collaboration."

The decision to refocus the company's business was made back in February - around a year after the company was first formed with the firm looking to work hand in hand with outside studios to master elements of UI, UX, gameplay and games monetisation.
