Mobile entertainment specialist MocoSpace has pulled the covers off five new HTML5 games, made possible via the firm's $2 million Game Developer Fund.
The titles, which can be played on any web-enabled device with a browser, are to be added to the company's games portal, which current boasts 25 million users.
Moco-momentum
"We're excited to be cultivating relationships with developers from all over the world," said CEO Justin Siegel.
"We plan to release a flood of HTML5 titles in the coming months, as our audience is incredibly eager to play new games."
MocoSpace lifted the lid on the first three studios to benefit from the Developer Fund in March 2011.
The games FunPark Friends from TagGames, Pet Hotel by Alley Labs, Dream Vacation from Kooky Panda, Crazy Gems by Bushido IT and hotBazooka Studios' Private Joe: Urban Warfare take MocoSpace's platform-wide total to 30.
MocoSpace claims 1 million games are played daily on its platform, with games monetised through ads and the sale of the portal's bespoke virtual currency, Moco Gold.
