Mybefia launches iPhone app comparison tool

Alexa has become a useful tool for anyone wishing to compare the popularity of a website with its rivals. Now there's a similar idea for the App Store.

It's called Mybefia, and it lets you enter up to three iPhone applications, then compare their performance over time in several attributes, including ranking, popularity, reviews and estimated market share.

It's a bit fiddly you have to copy and paste in App Store links rather than just type app titles but is nonetheless interesting. Check this example I set up, comparing the popularity of Super Monkey Ball, Moto Chaser and Crash Bandicoot Nitro Kart:
