New release roundup: Slots & Daggers, Wobbly Life, Bendy’s Nightmare Run, and more
While the deals and the stats of the gaming world are important, nothing would happen without the research, funding and, of course, development that goes into making a great game.
So here’s a collection of the most exciting new mobile games right now, the developers and publishers behind them, and why, exactly, they've made the cut.
Slots & Daggers

A mini-roguelike built around a slot machine, Slots & Daggers sees players spin a wheel to determine each move. They’ll use attacks, spells or potions depending on the result, with victory bringing bonus wheels and weapons to their arsenal.
Indie dev Friedemann has crafted 10 levels here, each with its own unique foes and boss. The game launched on Steam last year and has extended onto mobile with publisher Future Friends Games.
Bendy’s Nightmare Run

Bendy is back in business with Bendy's Nightmare Run, bringing endless runner gameplay back to mobile.
Joey Drew Studios, KindlyBeast and Phatmojo originally launched Bendy in Nightmare Run in 2018, but the title was later pulled from stores. Now that the IP has returned with a new name, it’s time for old veterans to dust off their running shoes and for newcomers to try theirs on.
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Spirit

A mobile iteration of the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure IP, KLab Games and Wanda Cinemas Games’ JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Spirit is a licensed title packed with iconic characters and visuals.
Players can form teams from more than 50 characters from across the franchise, selecting their favourites and taking on cinematic battles against the golden spirit of the Joestar bloodline.
Wobbly Life

Following its version 1.0 release on PC and consoles last year, developer RubberBandGames has expanded its physics-driven sandbox adventure Wobbly Life to Android, iOS and Nintendo Switch 2.
Published by Curve Games, this title sees gamers traverse the open world in all kinds of vehicles - driving taxis, flying helicopters, even delivering pizzas, taking on wacky story missions along the way. There are more than 90 vehicles to find and mobile players can also game together between iOS, Android and Google Play Games on PC.
Stickmen Hunt
Out now in soft launch, Stickmen Hunt is a hidden-object puzzle game with stickmen hiding in vibrant environments.
Developed by Rollic subsidiary Popcore, this title comes with a variety of colourful levels like a cosy café, an autumnal living room and a pile of rubber ducks.
