Microsoft has opened pre-orders for its augmented reality headset HoloLens in Europe and Australia.
Customers in Australia, France, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand and the United Kingdom can now pre-order a headset. The devices will start shipping on November 30th.
The HoloLens is available in two styles: the Development Edition, which is designed for developers and includes the bare bones of the kit; and the Commercial Suite, which includes the Development Edition, enterprise features and a warranty.
Not cheap
A Development Edition will cost £2,719 for UK customers, while a Commercial Suite HoloLens costs £4,529. In Europe, Development Edition's cost €3,299, while a Commercial Suite costs €5,489.
The HoloLens was originally made available in the US and Canada for $3,000 and $5,000 for its respective editions earlier in 2016.
