O.A.T.S. campaign for ethical iPhone reviews kicks off

A group of iPhone games review websites has launched a new campaign to certify editorial standards for iPhone app reviewers.
O.A.T.S. has been set up by Slide To Play in partnership with iPhone Games Network, 148Apps and The Appera.
STP boss Steve Palley came up with the idea after finding that some sites had begun selling reviews as part of advertising packages.
O.A.T.S. will accept sites that agree to its oath, which covers issues such as editorial and advertising separation, honesty, accuracy, authorship and influence.
I know what you're thinking: is Pocket Gamer planning to join? Our sister site places huge importance on its editorial integrity and independence, and O.A.T.S. is certainly enshrining the same principles.
With that in mind, the PG bosses have been made aware of it. But as far as PocketGamer.biz is concerned, this initiative is a very good thing for the industry.
