Qualcomm bigs up the power of its Snapdragon and Adreno processors

A big area of competition in the mobile graphics world are the processors packed by the cutting-edge devices currently available.
US chip company Qualcomm is keen to underlined the power of its Snapdragon architecture, which is currently used in all Windows Phone 7 devices and many Android smartphones and tablets, including Sony Ericsson's Xperia Play device and HP's TouchPad tablet.

For that reason, it's produced a couple of video highlighting the games that are optimised for Snapdragon and its Adreno graphics processor.
First up is veep of product management, Raj Talluri, who provides the corporate overview.
Then, from GDC, Gameloft's Baudouin Corman, veep publishing Americas and Namco Bandai's senior R&D director Dominic Lobbia, give their somewhat generic views on the architecture.
