Indian game streaming platform Rooter has launched its native adtech solution tool named rStream.

The new solution is designed to help brands with campaigns and allow creators to monetise their content. 

Rooter said rStream integrates brands into live game streams in a non-intrusive way while providing real-time, in-stream ad view data to improve campaign quality standards.

The tool also uses AI to create context-aware ads that adapt to game genre, stream context, creator voice, and audience segments. 

Engagement and impact 

Rooter said rStream can also embed branded content into creator streams through pop-ups, audio ads, and in-chat promotions by leveraging more than 500 verified creators on its platform and YouTube.

Moreover, it said the solution moves past counting stream views as ad views, instead offering real-time, third-party verified data on actual ad watch behaviour via a live dashboard.

Rooter was founded in 2016 by Piyush and Dipesh Agarwal. The platform claims to have over 85 million users and has raised $37m from global investors to build its gaming ecosystem.
