Rumour: iPhone Nano to be unveiled at WWDC in June

Rumours are hotting up again about Apple's plans to launch an iPhone Nano, with Chinese newspaper Economic Daily News claiming that two Taiwanese hardware firms are working on parts for it.
The report suggests that Apple will place orders for the required chips this March, with the device's launch coming in June at the earliest.
Which just so happens to be the same month as Apple's WWDC conference, where Steve Jobs will (presumably) want to return to keynote duties with a big bang.
We've been here before - most recently before this month's MacWorld show, when feverish online rumours about an iPhone Nano turned out to be piffle. So this latest report - although from a seemingly authorative source - should be taken with a pinch of salt for now.
However, some analysts have been suggesting that any iPhone Nano may launch in Asia first. If so, expect a booming grey market for exports to the West from day one...
