Rumours fly about new Android handsets

It's not exactly a revelation to suggest there'll be more handsets running Google's Android platform in 2009. Clearly, there will be.
But a report on Korean news site ETNews goes into specifics, claiming that Samsung will launch its first Android handset in North America in the second quarter of next year.
The article goes on to suggest that the handset will be available through Sprint Nextel AND T-Mobile in Q2, and that Samsung has a team of 80 developers working on the phone.
It's thought the handset will be a fully touchscreen device.
Meanwhile, a slightly less well-sourced rumour claims that T-Mobile will release a G2 Android phone on January 26th, with the main improvement seemingly a five-megapixel camera.
Sony Ericsson has already confirmed it's making its first Android phone, while Japanese operator NTT DoCoMo is also planning to launch a handset although it's unclear which manufacturer would make it.
