Speakers from BBC, Denki, Mediatonic and more confirmed for Digital Spark 2012

Organisers have announced that Digital Spark 2012, the UK conference dedicated to IP ownership, will take place at Abertay University from the 5-6 September.
The event promises to teach visitors how to protect, fund and exploit their IPs, as well as offering networking opportunities for the developers, legal professionals and academic in attendance.

Confirmed speakers and panellists for the two-day conference include Activision founder Geoff Heath, BBC Worldwide's head of games Tom Reding, Denki MD Colin Anderson and Mediatonic CFO John Collins.
As well as talks and sessions, Digital Spark will feature a panel discussion focused on tax relief for UK developers, with panellists exploring how studios can make the most of any breaks they may be entitled to.
Registration for Digital Spark 2012 is open now, with early bird tickets priced at £169. This discount remains in effect until midnight on 8 August, when the price will increase by £30.
TIGA and UKIE members are eligible for further discounts.
