Direct-to-consumer revenue platform Stash has partnered with fintech firm Adyen to deliver a payment stack tailored for mobile game developers to help them scale.

The partnership merges Adyen’s payment infrastructure with Stash’s D2C growth tools to deliver a web shop to improve player adoption, revenue, and margins for developers.

As part of the collaboration, Adyen will streamline payments as a processor, gateway, and bank, reducing costs and improving reliability.

Stash, however, will handle player spending through loyalty programs, VIP stores, and mission systems.

With real-time syncing, Stash will ensure the webshop always reflects in-game offers, making it one of the few D2C providers with this capability.

“At Stash, we’re always optimising our product to drive webshop adoption, conversion, and retention for game developers,” said Stash co-founder Justin Kan.

“Partnering with a company as exceptional and selective as Adyen strengthens every pillar of that mission.”

“Their experience with the games industry, paired with a product that drives long-term growth, makes them a standout partner as we help game developers scale, build trust with players, and succeed in direct-to-consumer webshops and payments.”
