The Games Connection America event is gearing up and submissions are now being received for its Selected Projects program.

"Our Selected Projects program is designed to shed light on the most innovative and creative projects that we can find and offers additional exposure to these developers who are constantly pushing the industry forward," said Pierre Carde, CEO of Connection Events.
"We are excited to bring Selected Projects to Game Connection America this year and look forward to seeing what the newest crop of nominees will hold."
The chosen finalists will have the opportunity to give a five minute presentation of their projects to high-level publishers at the event, with a trailer spot available on the dedicated plasma screens dotted around the event arena.
There's also the chance to be voted Best Project of 2012.
The submission deadline is 22 January.
If you're interested then you can submit your game through the Game Connection website.
