Super Monkey Ball developer sets up dedicated iPhone division

Hats off to Other Ocean Interactive. The Canadian developer's Super Monkey Ball game, published by Sega, has been sitting proudly at the top of Apple's Top Paid Apps chart on iTunes since launch.
Now Other Ocean has announced a dedicated iPhone division to try and repeat that success. It'll be headed up by Gordon Wood and Chris Sharpley.
"Our experience working with Apple's SDK has been extremely positive and the iPhone, with its accelerometer, opens up exciting opportunities for game development on this
platform," says Wood.
"The iPhone platform has generated a lot of attention and people are excited for the opportunities that lie ahead."
The company hasn't announced details of any future iPhone games, nor has it confirmed whether it'll be self-publishing, or working through companies like Sega.
