Symbian Exchange & Exposition 2010 moves to Amsterdam for an open debate

While it remains the world's most popular smartphone OS, thanks to Nokia's historic support, the Symbian platform is facing massive competition.

Yet while proprietary technologies such as iOS, BlackBerry and bada are gaining huge marketshare thanks to their handset backers, it's Google's Android that's really shaking up the situation.

There should be plenty to talk about then at the annual Symbian Exchange & Exposition, which is making its way to Amsterdam for its 2010 event.

Flow of ideas

Held on 9 - 10th November, at Beurs Van Berlage, it will be free to attend, with a call for intelligent and open minded individuals to come together as a whole and discuss the mobile market.

We're also strictly reminded that "SEE 2010 is NOT a tradeshow".

Instead, there'll be a focus on conversation, idea sharing, learning and networking through the medium of open forums, keynote sessions, seminars, live demonstrations, hands-on labs, and demos.
