Part of the Apps World 2013 conference in London, The Appsters are back for their second year.

And this time, the awards have added a new category - Best Indie Game Developer.

There are 12 categories in total, with each looking to reward companies and apps that have excelled in terms of user experience and demonstrable success in the market.

The deadline for entries is 16 August so you need to get cracking on your entry.

In it to win it

The award ceremony itself will be held on the evening of 22 October at Roof Gardens in Kensington, London.

The Apps World 2013 conference itself runs from 22 - 23 October at the Earls Court 2 centre, with a gaming track across both days.

DeNA's Ben Cousins, Gameforge 4D's Carsten van Husen, Wooga's Sebastian Kriese, and Neon Play's Oli Christie will be speaking, while Trip Hawkins (ex-EA, Digital Chocolate) will provide the keynote.

You can find all the details about The Appsters including FAQs and the entry form via its website.
