Track mobile mergers, acquisitions and investments with PocketGamer.biz Deals

Since the smartphone surge, the mobile games industry has become one packed with hundred-million dollar acquisitions and investments.
DeNA's eye-wateringly expensive purchase of ngmoco back in October 2010 seemed to kick off something of a trend, and we barely bat an eyelid at the acquisition sprees of deep-pocketed big-hitters such as GREE and Zynga these days.
In fact, these big-money deals have become so frequent that it can be difficult to keep track of who bought what and for how much.
Help is at hand
That's where the new PocketGamer.biz Deals tab comes in.
Situated slap-bang in the middle of the site's content bar, the Deals tab ensures that you're never more than one click away from information on the acquisitions, mergers and investments that matter.
It's easy to filter the list by deal type, too, and you can view each deal in US dollars, Great British pounds, or the European Euro which makes currency conversions a cinch.
The list will grow over time, of course, as we'll be populating it with industry deals as they happen. It's worth keeping an eye on it, in other words, as it becomes a more and more valuable resource for anyone hoping to get a lay of the land in mobile gaming.
