Highlights from PGC Helsinki 2025
PG Connects was our 12th annual outing in Helsinki, and it may have been our best edition yet!
Of course, the expo floor, track rooms, and indie developer zone were bustling as more than 1,350 attendees, representing 500+ companies, learnt from 172 speakers delivering 22 content tracks to fill the unique Wanha Satama venue during two dynamic days of insight, connection, and deal-making.
We crammed in more content than ever and our additional events – the Big Screen Gaming Summit alongside newcomers Beyond Games: Transmedia Summit, AI GameChangers Summit, and Aurora initiative – ensured we covered every aspect of our industry (and others!) and proved hugely popular.
But there was also a crucial, underlying tone of genuine positivity.
Native talent, unique community engagement (supported by industry bodies and local hubs), incredible companies, and world-established IPs ensure that Finland, together with the wider Nordic region, remains one of the best places in the world to make games.
It’s also one of the most influential, attracting games industry professionals from all levels and all corners of the globe to connect with the right people and do business – that’s what PGC Helsinki does best. It’s the key reason why it remains firmly cemented as a foundational element of our international conference series.
And why we’ll certainly be returning next year.
