Leading Indian mobile game developers discuss how they found success

At Pocket Gamer Connects Bangalore 2015, some of India's leading mobile developers sat down to talk about how they become successful.

Rajesh Rao, chair of the Nasscom Gaming Forum, was joined by Rohit Goyal, founder & CEO of PaxPlay; Anupam Dhanuka, co-founder & CEO of Paper Boat Apps; and Roby John, CEO of June Software.

It's for the kids

Dhanuka's company found success in the educational market, specifically with a free-to-play model, as "when it comes to parents, they don't think twice before spending on their children."

June also makes educational games, but John said they found successful by producing good content, saying "our marketing strategy was, 'hey, make a high quality game.'"
