Pocket Gamer Connects has already cracked Europe and North America, and now we’re heading to Asia for the first-ever Pocket Gamer Connects Hong Kong at Cyberport on July 17th to 18th.

That’s just three months away! And we’ve already got a classy roster of speakers building up for the event, which promises to connect the international industry with experts from the sector’s most lucrative market: Asia.

At the two-day conference, you can expect to hear from 120 speakers sharing over 55 hours worth of cutting edge content, as well as plenty of opportunities to network with developers, publishers, investors, service providers and more.

We’re excited to announce that representatives from the likes of Tencent, NetEase, Giant Interactive, Super Evil Megacorp, Unity and more are set to speak at the event.

Starting with the Trade Trends track, which will offer facts, figures and insights into the latest industry trends around the world, from Tencent we’ll have the company’s business development and strategy expert Miley Chen.

From Vainglory developer and mobile esports specialist Super Evil Megacorp we've got general manager, global publishing, Taewon Yun, who will host a talk entitled ‘What’s next for the gaming industry – The era of cross-platform gameplay and esports'.

Meanwhile NetEase Mattel163 head of publishing and partnerships Tom van Dam will also be hosting his own session, following on from the success of the company’s mobile title UNO!

Trade Trends offers facts, figures and insights into the latest trends.

But wait, there’s more!

Giant Interactive vice president Bill Wang will be taking a talk on the West Meets East track. The company is one of China’s biggest games firms.

Over on the esports track meanwhile is Genvid Technologies COO Chris Cataldi. The streaming middleware developer offers up a broadcasting solution built especially for games, and are experts in the streaming and esports space.

JoyPac brings key insights from their experience amplifying Western games in Asia.

Onto the Growth track, we’ve got speakers from the likes of leading technology platform for mobile advertising and analytics, Mobvista; mobile growth specialist Lab Cave Games; and mobile advertising technology company at GoGoChart.

Rounding up our first wave for PGC, we’ll also have representatives from AI-driven, programmatic and interactive ad platform Mintegral, who will host a Monetizer session; and mobile games publisher JoyPac, who will bring their key insights from their experience amplifying Western games throughout Asia to the West Meets East track.

Alongside Pocket Gamer Connects, we’ll also be debuting Blockchain Gamer Connects in Hong Kong for the first time.
