SuperData Research's revenue report for April 2016 is in, and it previous #5 entry occupant Monster Strike has shot to the top of the list – and it earned more than Clash Royale did in March.

The Japanese pinball-style game took in $138 million in April 2016 alone, $5 million more than Clash Royale managed previously.

This hasn't affected Clash Royale's revenues that much, however.

The game, and Clash of Clans, still raked in just over $100 million, taking the second and third spots respectively.

No surprises

It's a sure sign that the former game isn't cannibalizing the sales of the latter – although revenues in Clash of Clans have reportedly dropped below $4 million a day.

Finishing off the top five chart is Game of War and Puzzle & Dragons, which replaces Candy Crush Saga from the last report.
