Demonstrating the massive demand for smart mobile marketing gurus, German-outfit Flaregames has snapped up growth hacking specialist Pascal Clarysse.

Currently in the midst of a concerted talent acquisition mode when it comes to both games to publish and talent to scale up its business, the Karlsruhe, Germany-based developer recently closed a $12.2 million investment round.

Still, the move doesn't mean Clarysse's secret sauce has been completely taken inhouse.
