Following a hugely successful appearance at last year's Pocket Gamer Connects Bangalore 2015, the Very Big Indie Pitch returns for this year's conference on April 21st-22nd.

Again playing host to Reliance Games's Game Hack pan-India game development competition, the popular VBIP event will see the top 20 finalist teams go head-to-head as they pitch their creation to international media and established industry figures in our renowned 'speed dating' format.

Hot hack

"Game Hack brings together 700 of the hottest and best indie developers from all over India and South East Asia. Last year was a great opportunity for developers to take their games to the global level by getting extensive feedback from global game experts and international media," said Amit Khanduja, CEO of Reliance Entertainment - Digital.

Aside from the chance to get their game in front of the leading media influencers and potential publisher partners, this Very Big Indie Pitch will also reward the top team with a cheque for 1 million Rupees in marketing spend.

And there's more. "Game Hack this year will give an opportunity for best games from the Big Indie Pitch competition to not only publish their games globally but also in India," added Khanduja.

Anyone wishing to register for the Game Hack can do so here.

But hurry: submission close March 31st.
