Tour destinations and highlights

London, UK, January 20th-21st

In traditional form, every January, PG Connects starts the year with its biggest and busiest flagship London event. The UK capital remains a leading games industry hub not only domestically but also globally.

Gathering the foremost European games industry professionals, PG Connects London is an international draw too. In 2025, a record-breaking 2,600 industry delegates attended from over 65 countries. That’s an abundance of opportunities to forge new business connections with key companies and put your game product on the world map.

In a similar spirit, the two-day London conference spans across every area of the game ecosystem, covering mobile, PC and console as well as HTML5, web3 and XR to the latest AI integrations. Offering crucial insight from world leading pioneers and professionals, attendees benefit from over 50 hours of keynotes, solo talks, panels, and fireside chats.

For more, visit the official PG Connects London website, and make sure to catch the event as it returns in 2026, January 19th-20th.

San Francisco, USA, March 17th-18th

Held during the annual “Game Developers Conference Week”, PG Connects San Francisco goes all out on mobile games, aiming to shine a global spotlight on outstanding mobile game developers.

Providing an essential network of industry professionals unlocking worldwide potential for the mobile game sector, the latest edition took place in March 2025, revolving around mobile games and AI, and the increasing intersection of the two.

Dubai, UAE, May 7th-8th

Not only a financial hub and strategic bridge between East and West, the city of Dubai sits at the heart of the MENA region, one of the world’s fastest growing games markets. Enhancing this sentiment further, the UAE government has released an initiative to make the country one of the world’s top ten game hubs by 2033, with plans to build a $1 billion games industry.

Tapping into this momentum, the Dubai Game Expo Summit, powered by Pocket Gamer Connects, offers a globally reputable B2B platform uniting companies and delegates from every corner of the games industry eyeing the growing prospect of the region.

In 2025, the Dubai Game Expo Summit also introduced the Investment Summit, a side event which offered additional insight into MENA market trends and strategic partnerships across the region.

The forthcoming 2026 event will return May 20th - 21st. Visit the official Dubai GameExpo Summit website for more details.

Barcelona, Catalona, June 3rd-4th

Barcelona, currently Europe’s third largest games market, has quickly become an industry hotbed, especially in terms of mobile.

One of the (multiple) debut events in 2025, PG Connects hit the city with some force for two days in June, gathering over 1000 global industry delegates.

With an all-encompassing focus, the expert-led talks, panels and roundtable discussions included mobile, PC, and console, as well as AI and XR. Attendees benefited from various curated matchmaking events that promoted impactful collaboration and deal-making. The event also featured our largest Big Indie Zone, which had 37 tables.

Make sure to catch PG Connects Barcelona as it returns in 2026.

Shanghai, China, July 30th

Another debut stop on the 2025 world tour saw PG Connects bring a one-day summit to the bustling city of Shanghai, in conjunction with Asia’s leading entertainment and game expo, ChinaJoy.

China is the world’s largest and most lucrative games market, but it’s also fiercely competitive and an unfamiliar territory to many overseas companies. Under the slogans West meets East and East meets West, PG Connects Summit Shanghai took place right ahead of ChinaJoy, providing a soft landing to international delegates flying in for the main event. Likewise, it served as a gateway for local companies looking to expand worldwide, connecting developers and publishers with investors through impactful meetings and fringe activities.

Helsinki, Finland, October 7th-8th

Continuing on the note of expansion, PG Connects Helsinki is levelling up with two partner events for 2025, with all three included in one ticket.

Joined by the Big Screen Gaming Summit and AI Gamechangers Summit, in addition to the core PGC Helsinki agenda, PG Connects Helsinki is the biggest B2B games event in the Nordics, offering a comprehensive program that is broader than any previous year

Part of Finnish Games Week, this flagship event is hosted in the cultural city of Helsinki, home to many innovative games and tech companies. The event captures the entire game sector, including mobile, PC and console, as well as HTML5, XR, web3, and a key focus on the latest in the intersection of AI tech and games.

Moreover, the busy two-day line-up entails a bustling expo area with booths and meeting spaces, indie showcase tables and pitching competition, business matchmaking (MeetToMatch), curated fringe events connecting investors, publishers, and developers, and a dedicated Careers Zone.

Located at the crossroads of Asia, Europe, and Africa, Aqaba is a particular place of interest as a strategic gateway to new emerging markets in the MENA region.

Recent initiatives to invest in Jordan’s young tech-native population are bearing fruit, resulting in the country becoming a crucial hub for digital innovation and transformation. More global game companies than ever are eyeing MENA. On the flipside, gaining an international spotlight has also created unreached potential for local game makers to put their name on the world map.
