Khalifa Fund and Inovartic partner to support UAE games startups

The Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development has partnered with Inovartic Investment to boost cooperation and support game startups in the UAE.
As part of the agreement, Khalifa Fund and Inovartic will support startups through incubation, specialised training, and financial aid to help developers create and launch original titles and games related content.
The agreement includes capacity-building programs in game design and storytelling as it aims to prioritise culturally inspired games that showcase Emirati heritage through authentic narratives.
The collaboration will also involve joint events and exhibitions to showcase local talent and projects, increasing their visibility and impact.

Founded in 2007, The Khalifa Fund is an independent, non-profit organisation affiliated with the Abu Dhabi Government.
“This partnership represents a significant milestone in our commitment to supporting and empowering Emirati entrepreneurs within the gaming industry," said acting CEO of Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development Mouza Al Nasri.
