Nodwin Gaming acquires esports broadcaster StarLadder for $5.5 million

Nazara subsidiary Nodwin Gaming has acquired esports broadcasting platform StarLadder for $5.5 million.
StarLadder will become a fully-owned subsidiary of Nodwin Gaming and retain its brand. Founder Roman Romantsov will remain at the helm and become a Nodwin shareholder.
The acquisition aligns with its strategy to expand globally in gaming and live entertainment following deals for Comic Con India, Trinity Gaming, and Freaks 4U Gaming.
With two decades of experience in hosting CS:GO and Dota 2 Majors, StarLadder will help Nodwin scale esports content and enter new markets.
