Tencent’s PUBG Mobile has brought in more than $30 million in revenue during the four months since its launch.

According to market intelligence firm Sensor Tower, sales for the battle royale game tripled following the introduction of the royale pass.

PUBG Mobile has brought in $22 million in total since the pass launched, compared to the $7.6 million it grossed between May 16th and June 18th, an increase of 190 per cent.

They have to pay for those chicken dinners somehow

Across the App Store and Google Play players have spent an average of $650,000 per day since the royale pass was introduced June 19th.

In comparison, players spent about $220,000 per day in the preceding period.

Additionally, PUBG Mobile hadn’t seen revenue dip below $450,000 per day since the introduction of the Royale Pass, whereas before it never grossed more than $343,000 per day.

Its current record for daily revenue came two days after the royale pass launched and saw $1.1 million taken on June 21st.
