Savvy Games Group signs Memorandum of Understanding with Niantic for MENA expansion

- The partnership is aimed at inspiring people to play games together through local communities and regional live events
Savvy Games Group has penned a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pokémon Go developer Niantic to support its expansion into the MENA-3 region.
Savvy will help Niantic establish its regional operations in Saudi Arabia, UAE and Egypt by securing office space, recruiting local talent, and providing administrative and logistical support for setting up a functional regional office.
Niantic's will prioritise these MENA-3 countries as the partnership is aimed at inspiring people to play games together through local communities and regional live events.
Inspiring new audiences
“Our collaboration with Niantic marks a significant milestone in our efforts to bring cutting-edge games and esports experiences to the MENA-3 region," said Savvy Games Group CEO Brian Ward.
