Mobile game publisher and developer Mamboo Entertainment has surpassed one billion game installs worldwide.

As part of its continued international expansion, Mamboo has added midcore tower defense game TowerLands to its publishing portfolio. The title boasts over 10 million installs and $15m in gross revenue.

Founded in Abu Dhabi in 2020 and operating its main development hub in Warsaw, Poland, Mamboo historically aims to launch new mobile games every six months, each targeting over $50m in lifetime revenue.

The publisher claims to have secured over 20 exclusive partnerships with top-100 global mobile game developers and manages publishing operations for dozens of titles across its network.

Consistent growth

Mamboo is now expanding its global footprint through both traditional and alternative distribution platforms, recently securing a strategic partnership with a Chinese game developer.

The publisher said 20% of its mobile game installs come from platforms outside the App Store and Google Play, including the Samsung Galaxy Store, Huawei AppGallery, Amazon Appstore, One Store, and RuStore.

“With over one billion installs and high growth consistency by 30% to 50% year-over-year in MAU, revenue, and profit, Mamboo is aiming to become a global entertainment platform,” said Mamboo Entertainment CEO Artur Bersenev.

“Now we're actively seeking new publishing partnerships with mobile developers looking to scale across both alternative app stores and mainstream global platforms."
