International Mobile Gaming Awards reveals nominees for second Middle East and North Africa competition

The International Mobile Gaming Awards has announced the shortlist for its second-ever Middle East and North Africa competition.

The winners of the contest will be announced in Amman on November 11th 2017 during the Jordan Gaming Summit. Judges include Kay Gruenwoldt, Entreprenerd at GameRefinery, Georg Broxtermann, co-founder at flaregames), and Paul Topping, Head of Corporate Development EMEA at NaturalMotion.

Developers from Iran entered more games into the competition than any other country. Jordan and Tunisia came second and third respectively, and the UAE is said to be well-represented.

Back in September 2017, the IMGA unveiled the shortlist for its second-ever SEA competition. Submissions are also now open for its 14th annual IMGA Global competition.
