Lords Mobile plunders over $825 million in revenue worldwide

Singapore-based developer IGG’s mobile strategy title Lords Mobile has collected more $825 million in revenue worldwide since its launch just over two years ago.

Sensor Tower estimates that the game brought in $7 million for the week of September 10th - a 17 per cent increase week-over-week.

In August, Lords Mobile downloads increased year-over-year by 8.7 per cent with roughly six million new installs. That figure brings the MMORTS to an estimated 129 million total downloads to date.

Wealthy estate

Lords Mobile has found its largest audience in the US, making up 21 per cent of revenue at roughly $175 million. China follows in second with 20 per cent, contributing $164 million of total revenue.

Earlier this year, we reported that Lords Mobile was generating up to $50 million a month for the developer. IGG claims that as of February, the game had in excess of 10 million monthly active users.

The continued success of Lords Mobile helped propel IGG into 23rd in the PocketGamer.biz Top 50 Mobile Developer list of 2018.
